The knife is separating at the top like a puzzle piece. This was a replacement for one that broke in half from normal use.

love this knife
This knife is light weight with a very thin blade. It is easy to cut or slice fruits & vegetables easily. Very sharp with a very pointy tip.

Great Knife to add to your collection.
Didn't even know Nordstrom carried this brand of knives. Get quality and lasts for yrs. I don't regret purchasing this for my kitchen.

Nice knife, but....
Knife is beautiful, feels good, cuts nicely, but does not shed slices with ease -- a quality attributed to it by the manufacturer
