How it's made: This full-tang knife is precision-forged from a single piece of exclusive high-carbon stainless steel. It features a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.

Great Knife
Has a great weight to it, makes chopping easy & cuts through meats like butter. Highly recommend. I have arthritis in my hands which makes it hard to hold things but this knife has a great feel to it and doesn't make my hands cramp up.

The blade actually cracked…I’ve never
The blade actually cracked…I’ve never seen that before, and certainly not in a brand new knife. I’m in the process of returning it via the warranty process.

Great Knife

Classic 8”
Bought for my husband’s birthday, he loves it! He’s never had a knife like this before even though he cooks all the time. He’s always wanted a Wüsthof.
Very well constructed, cuts with ease.
I plan to add more for future celebrations.

Fabulous knives
Wusthof knives are a pleasure to use: sharp, perfectly weighted and balanced. Comparable to high end, hand-made Japanese knives but less expensive.

Spine delaminated/cracked
Absolutely love the feel of this knife. This knife does everything well which is why it pained me to find a significant Crack in the spine after about 2 dozen uses. I did just put it in the mail to start the warranty process so hopefully that process is painless.

Fantastic Warranty
