Perfect for travel.
I love the backpack. It's very spacious and has many pockets. I feel like I have room for everything. I've also used it as a weekend getaway bag to include an extra pair of shoes.

Quality of Warranty Repair is Terrible
Loved my backpack and thought their warranty would be worth it. The internal stitching came out in one of my pockets and the zipper pull broke off. They did try to repair it but the quality of the repair was terrible and makes it looks worse. Photo attached

Great addition to my travel luggage
Love the bag- can use it day to day for work- can carry gym stuff or enough for 2 night trip away. Combined with my 22in baseline spinner i can travel for 7 days with carry on only. I use a large and a small packing cube in the main section of the backpack and still have room for a laptop and ipad.

The only backpack you’ll ever need.
The Briggs & Riley Large Cargo Backpack is hands down one of the best bags I’ve ever owned. It’s the perfect combination of durability, functionality, and elevated design exactly what you’d expect from a brand known for quality.
First, the storage capacity is incredible without feeling bulky. The cargo style compartments are thoughtfully designed and actually usable (not just for show), making it easy to separate everything from tech to travel essentials. The laptop compartment is well-protected, and there are enough pockets to keep things organized without ever feeling cluttered. The build quality is where this bag really stands out. The materials feel premium and tough enough to handle constant travel, and the zippers, stitching, and structure all reflect that built for the long haul mindset. It holds its shape well, even when packed full. Comfort is another huge win. The straps are supportive and ergonomic, and the back panel breathes well, which makes a noticeable difference when you’re wearing it for extended periods especially in airports or on long days out. Aesthetically, it’s clean, sharp, and professional. It transitions effortlessly from travel to everyday use without looking overly casual or overly technical. If you’re looking for a backpack that can truly keep up with a busy lifestyle while still looking polished, this is it. Worth every penny.

Unfortunately terrible design flaw!
The backpack is an investment piece for those, like me, that care about high-caliber design and luxury products. The major issue I’ve encountered with the backpack is that their fabric choice for the padded back is very low quality.
I’ve only had my bag (which I proudly monogrammed!) for a couple of months and it’s already looking quite bad and embarrassingly worn.
As I business travelers I pride myself in trying to maintain a clean image but unfortunately my Briggs & Riley backpack covers very short to it… unfortunately.

Very nice design with tons
Very nice design with tons of storage options. Wish the main compartment was slightly deeper. I travel very often for work and like to try and get 4 days of clothes and work product in my bags. Have to pack strategically, but can make it work. My old Hartmann bag had a better main compartment, but the B&R is better in every other way.

High quality and versatile function.
Excellent size and the pockets provide for great organization. Has a nice look to it and appreciate that it stands on its own.
