Wordmark Oversize Cotton Canvas Work Jacket

This was a christmas gift. Jacket arrived literally missing an entire snap button on one arm. And it's place a giant hole. They were sold out of the size that my boyfriend Needed so I reached out to the brand through three different emails to see if they could at least please just get me a replacement button so I could get it fixed myself. Have not heard a peep from the brand for over two weeks now. I even DM'd them on Instagram three times only to be completely ignored. I'm so angry that now this jacket has to be returned and go into the landfill because of their negligence and stupidity. I’m never buying from this idiotic brand again.

Arrived with 2 different factory defect issues: chest pocket was not stitched so you lose items inside the jacket, and the metal buttons at the cuff was completely sheared off so you cannot close the cuffs. Would require a tailor to sew the chest pocket, and an entirely new metal button on the cuff to be pressed into place. Adding insult to injury, it’s sold out in my size so no replacement possible. For $200, Elwood has a similar jacket for only $140 that blows this away in terms of quality. Extremely disappointing because the fit and color are excellent, I really wanted to like this jacket.
