Beyond disappointed with Nordstroms
I'm a long time Nordstrom's customer. Maybe not anymore. I ordered the Jo Malone Wood Sage hand cream as a gift for a party this weekend. The photo on the Nordstrom's site shows that it comes in a nice gift box with black bow. I've received other items in the gift box. This is part of the reason I chose this product. It arrived today and was not in a gift box. I call Nordstrom. I'm told that they can not send out a gift box to me. I can come to a store. I cannot get to one of their stores this week. That is why I ordered it online. Disappointing. Nordstrom's use to be better.

Disappointed
Splurged on this because it’s my favorite Jo Malone scent and the packing was so cute. But I was shocked at how tiny the tube actually is. The quality of the hand cream isn’t that great. I don’t feel like my hands are moisturized at all, very shortly after applying it.

Love the smell and light texture
I love this cream so much, it’s light, not heavy, great for spring and summer. I saw previous reviews and thought it’s tiny and too small, but it’s not, in reality it’s like regular small size hand cream, great for small purse so i love the size. The texture feels similar to Chanel hand cream, so nice. And it smells exactly like wood sage & see salt perfume.

New packaging
This is a regular purchase of mine. I am very disappointed at the new packaging. The lid does not stay on the tube and I feel that the quality is poor. Also, the hand lotion seems to smell different.
