PERFECT Scent for Entire Year!

My home is the hangout spot during the summer. We have visitors every weekend and my family loves it.  With all of the running in and out of the house (Kids/Dogs especially) my home will start to smell like the outside. Hot - Humid - Chlorine - No Thank You.  Anytime I find an air freshener I think I like, within 24 hours, the smell has already left.  I am so thankful to have been gifted by jomalonelondon, the Wood Sage & Sea Salt Diffuse.   Every person that has walked into my home, comments on how wonderful it smells.  Sometimes I will take it to my bathroom while I take a bath and it just adds to the relaxing atmosphere.   I have purchased several since as gifts for family and friends. 10/10 recommend!

Stop it Nordstrom

Wood Sage & Sea Salt is my favorite Jo Malone scent! I ordered this lovely diffuser for my newly remodeled powder bath. It showed up without the traditional packaging in a giant mess of bubble wrap and tape (see attached photo). Like another reviewer mentioned, the reeds were missing. It was tossed in haphazardly with some swim trunks in a large box. This is unfortunate after the long wait. The sales representative I spoke with via telephone is shipping me a new one, but I have to waste my time returning the original via FedEx. This might be the end of our good relationship, Nordstrom.

no throw

My favorite scent from Jo Malone, so of course when I saw this long awaited diffuser I’ve been dreaming of for many years I instantly ordered, especially with all the good reviews.. very disappointed as it as no throw and can only smell it when very near by the diffuser.. definitely doesn’t fill any size room big or small with any scent.. not worth the money for something you have to stand next to for a small amount of scent. Unless I got a weak batch, doubt it though

Refill oil does not do its job

The refill oil lost its scent VERY quickly. The oil that came with the original diffuser was very fragrant and lasted 8 months. You could not smell the new oil after one day - even in the same room. Very disappointed.

Great product

The smell is great and luxurious and I would give it 100% but the diffuser came with the reed sticks missing. I decided to buy a second one but the same issue so I had to return one of them. I had to use a random stick to be able to use it which is quite disappointing.
