Loafer Wedge (Women)

I saw the only other review on this shoe was a 3 star review, so I wanted to weigh in. I bought these from the manufacturer's website and LOVE them! I wear a size 8 and have a wide forefoot, narrow heel. I am a stylist for a clothing line and attended our annual event in January. Walked A LOT in these shoes! They were incredibly comfortable and all the other stylists loved them! They are amazing!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience with the shoe. While it may be a better fit for those with narrow feet, it was much too tight for me and caused discomfort. Additionally, the back of the shoe rubbed against my ankle. . To top it off, the color was not as advertised - instead of black, it was a dark blue. Overall, I did not like the look or the comfort of the shoe and would not recommend it.

These are interesting shoes and beautifully made. They are not for me. Regarding the fit, for my own feet I would give this one star. I do have bulky feet and a high arch but don’t officially wear a wide. These were very tight over the arch and there’s no hope of the leather stretching because the tongue is held in place by large elastic gussets. The elastic will keep causing tension but the leather won’t stretch. And on me I did think of them as looking kind of geriatric.
