1000 Mile Evans Boot (Men)

I bought a pair of black Evan 1000 Mile a few years back and consider them one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I bought this in the same size and it fits differently even though it's just a different color. It's very narrow in the back. After using a leather conditioner, it's a little darker than the picture, which I like. It was also a little more of a challenge to find a belt to match because it's a lighter shade of brown. Still, I do like the boot and hope that after it gets broken in it will be as comfortable as my first Evans. I also like purchasing from Nordstrom because I know they have a more customer friendly return policy than buying direct from Wolverine.

The quality of horween chromexcel leather is nothing short of spectacular! Then you might wonder why did I give it two stars. The reason is the color. It is a lot more of the flashy red than what is depicted here. It will be a challenging piece to coordinate with rest of my outfits. Landed up returning it.

I will admit this, these are the most expensive boots I have ever bought. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest. When I got these in I could immediately tell the difference in the quality of the material and craftsmanship. These def aren't work boots. I put them on and I was taken aback by how nice these were. These are great boots and worth the money IMO.

My new favorite boots ! These are definitely the most expensive boots I’ve ever ordered but they are well worth every penny .Very high quality and the best part is they are made in Michigan .I usually wear a 13 but saw other reviews saying they run a little big so I ordered a 12 and they fit perfectly .Was able to wear them immediately .They were a little stiff at first but have broken in quickly .I have the stone leather color and they look great with jeans as well as khakis ..These are definitely going to be part of my wardrobe for a long long time !
