nice box, but not perfect.
I was looking for a mid-level watch box, and this was my choice. Structurally and aesthetically, this box is great for the money. Construction appears solid, hardware is good, and the finish is as advertised. The only problem is the depth of the watch slots and the size of the watch pillows. The pillows don't generate enough friction with the sides of the slot, so gravity sinks heavier watches down until they are at the bottom of the slot, or the head of the watch bridges across the slot. Fine for my lighter watches, and probably fine for watches larger than 44mm. But my 40mm'ish watches catch on one side and settle in crooked. If the pillows were just a touch larger, or the slots were not so deep, this wouldn't be a problem. I am going to place some black foam on at the bottom of the slots to alleviate this problem, but I shouldn't have to do such a thing for a product from a reputable company such as Wolf! All in all, a nice box given the options at this price range.

Great craftmanship
Great watch box. Very well made and sturdy. I purchased as a gift for my husband. The first version shipped did not close properly, however, Nordstrom was quick to replace. The second box had no issues.
