'Ab'Solution Denim Shorts

I now have these in 4 colors. They are well made, flattering in tummy and thighs, and offer “adjustable” length by way of folding (for more or less leg coverage). For reference, I’m 5’5, 142-145lbs with small waste and curvy hips and thighs, so my sizes differ from brand to brand based on where the clothes “sit”. Size 8 sits on my hips and fits great - truly flattering to my body size and my style preference.

I use a wheelchair most of the time and shorts are hard to find because of this. All the shorts out there are super short and make me appear like I’m not wearing any pants while sitting in my chair. I honestly never imagined I’d find a pair of comfy, long inseam short that I actually feel confident in. These are my new staple for the summer.

I did end up returning these to a local Nordstrom Rack. The fit was just not what I was looking for. The color was good and the waist/hips fit fine but they were very straight-legged. I was looking for something with a more fitted leg. Maybe because they are longer they are designed for a different taste than mine. Also I didn't realize that this "Ab" style had those odd built in panels...again, not what I wanted. Thinking about it, this might also be why the legs were wider. I should say the length was what I wanted (a few inches above the knee, and I'm 5' 11") and they were also high quality.
