How to use: Open the pouch, and take out the smaller packet. Pour the vitamin contents of the small packet into the pouch to make sure the pad is soaked. Rub your body with the fiber side of the pad for one minute. Flip over the band, and use the soft side of the pad to pat vitamin contents onto the skin. Gently rinse your body. Use twice a week.
