How to use: It is recommended that you use your Fringe red light therapy extra long wrap once a day for a 20 minute session. You can do multiple body parts for 20 minutes each just stick to the 20 minutes in any one area. Store rolled or flat. Do not fold/bend. To cleanse, use a disinfectant wipe.
