I wrote an email unpon receipt stating that i shall never order fro Nordstrom again as the shirt was so wrinkled, it needed professional pressing. This was not the first time i received merchandise in such terrible condition. Last time i returned the blouse. None of your competitors (Neiman, Bergdorf, Layfayette 148, St John,etc.) ship expensive merchandise in a bag but use a box.
