LOVE THE VEST, Hate the service

Ralph Lauren Purple Label is wonderful quality. However.. the last three times I have ordered Purple Label on line from Nordstrom.. they leave the anti theft tag and I have to drive to the nearest Nordstrom Rack, 45 minutes away, to have them remove it. Attention to detail please.
