Unbelievably Beautiful
I was looking for a tea kettle that wasn’t a common or country design. I saw this and HAD to have it. I haven’t used it yet, but absolutely stunning sitting on my stove.

Sea green tea kettle
The O ring for the pour spout came off within the first couple uses. Also, the enamel around the pour spot was incompletely applied. Gaps, it will start to chip. And it takes forever to boil water.

Almost perfect
Pros - you can tell the materials are quality, the kettle is sturdy and just the right amount of heavy, it looks small and doesn't take up much space yet it holds a good amount of water, the whistle is pleasant and the non-toxic promise is why I chose this kettle. Also, it's my favorite shade of green 💚 Cons - upon arrival I noticed a couple small paint chips where the spout and handle meet the kettle and another part where the paint was straight missed near the lid; not serious of course but for the price tag it was a bit disappointing. Also, the spout hole is rather small so you have to do a bit of maneuvering to fully empty the kettle. Again, not serious. I do wish the pot holder/pad that came with it matched the kettle color, but a nice pad nonetheless.Overall, I'm glad I splurged on this cute, non-toxic kettle.
