Wells Stripe Stretch Cotton Poplin Midi Dress

This dress is so flattering, well-made and pretty! It’s comfortable to wear and looks very modern and polished. It’s lined and the cut is very feminine and flattering. I sized up 1 to give myself a little room around the middle and it’s loose without looking baggy. It’s a little low cut for my taste so I’ll be layering with a navy tank underneath or for a nicer look, will layer with a cropped navy short sleeved button up sweater

This Staud cotton poplin midi dress in twilight stripe is beautiful, playful, and flattering. It is well constructed of quality fabric and has a lining. I am only missing the pockets and knocked off one star for that. Pockets are a necessity and should be clothing for women. Even without the pockets, I am keeping this dress as it is such a delight.

This dress has a very flattering, curve-hugging fit about the bodice. I was pleased to see that it did not emphasize my slight stomach pooch! I'm 5'5 and 130 pounds and the size 6 fit well. I usually take a 6, but due to some reviews I upsized to an 8, which was slightly too large, then downsized as I wanted the fitted look. The fabric is substantial and the dress is well crafted. I've found Staud dresses vary a bit in size. I bought another style in an 8, which fit as the 6 did in this dress. Overall, this is an extremely well made, very figure flattering dress. You won't be disappointed- and it does run true to size.
