Disappointed Customer

I ordered Wedgewood dished online and had them delivered to my home. They arrived broken. I returned them to the store in person and reordered them but had them shipped to the store for pickup. When we went to pick them up and opened the box before taking them home, once again they were broken. Terribly disappointed with Nordstrom and Wedgewood.
