You can tell by the weight of the stand it is made with quality products. Even the lamp shade has a little weight to the fabric. It was very easy to put together as I was able to put it together in less than 5 mins. It has an option for two light bulbs which an option to turn both bulbs on or just one with the pulling of the chain link cord. This is great so you can adjust the brightness.
