Terri Bouclé Rib Wrap Sweater

After reading some of these reviews I was a bit hesitant to order it myself, BUT I am soo glad I went ahead and did so! First off, the color is absolutely gorgeous! True olive green, one of my favorite colors! Specially for the fall season around the corner. The fabric is soft and feels luxurious. The tie is perfectly placed where it needs to be. I went ahead and sized up to XL because I am a bit taller (5’7) and little bigger at the top (38DD) it fit perfectly! Length of the sweater and sleeves just right! I can’t wait to step out in it! Ordering the brown sugar color right now!

I bought this sweater in the sale last year, and loved it. The wrap style was flattering, the sleeves were oversized but flattering, the fit was cropped, but again… flattering. There was enough room in the sweater that you could synch the wrap at the waste pretty tight, but the rest of the sweater was slightly oversized so it had a great drape while also accentuating the right areas. I was super excited to pick it up in the new colors. Unfortunately… they ruined it this year. It’s no longer a true wrap, the proportions are way off, it’s way smaller in all the wrong places, the sleeves are no longer loose and billowy but just kind of… awkward. It’s now super unflattering and even though I bought the same size as last year it was way too small. Such a bummer. Hopefully they bring back the old version next year.
