Blouson Dress

I want to love this dress on me so badly. I am 5'3" and 125 pounds and the size small is the right fit, but it makes my hips look gigantic, the fabric is very see through and wrinkly, and it doesn't blouson over like it does on the model because I am a 32DD cup. If you are tall and very thin, this is your dress.

I purchased this dress in white and it's beautiful! I saw the coral and it is unfortunately, not bold enough and looks a little washed out. The white is crisp, elegant, and easy. This dress is low cut so if you are not comfortable wearing low cut items, do not buy this. This can be worn for casual elegance (I pair with gold, flat sandals) or be dressed up a little more with heels. A statement necklace is a great addition as well as a simple necklace with other pieces (ring, bracelet, etc.). I like that there are sleeves and with comfortable wedges, the midi length is very cute. I wear a Natori feathers underwire T back bra (front closure) and it's perfect; can't see the bra but you get the support you need. I am 5'5", 123 lbs, 32C, slim and I purchased the x-small. I tried the small and it was just a little to big. I am usually a small in dresses, a small/medium in tops, a 26 in jeans.

I saw this dress on a blog and was really excited to order it, however it looked dowdy on me. I'm 5'4 and felt like the dress made me look shorter and wider. Looks great on tall girls but not for me.

I love this dress. I rarely wear all white because it is not the friendliest color; however this dress is an exception. It is very simple but feminine and flirty at the same time. I am short but the length is perfect. It falls below my knee into my calf a bit but not in a matronly way. The full skirt is nice because I am bootylicious and must be careful that my skirt does not hike in the back. The simplicity also allows me to accessorize in a plethora of tasteful ways. I like simple things that have a quiet sexiness about them. This dress fits the bill.

I tried on the red and white in the store. I'm blonde and very fair, and although I was interested in purchasing both colors, the coral ultimately looked so much better. The white didn't do much for me. I am 5'7" and purchased the Small after trying on both it and the Medium. I could probably have worn the XS but living in Texas, I didn't want the elastic to be super tight during the hot summer. The Medium wasn't that much bigger, but the top bloused a little too much for my taste since it's a longer dress. I didn't find the white to be see-through at all like another reviewer mentioned. I was wearing nude underwear in the store and really checked. The V-Neck is a bit low, accurate to the photo. I'll probably still wear this to work without a padded bra. I can see how this could appear matronly, but I think if you order the correct size and wear it with at least a wedge and accessorize with a belt or denim jacket, it will be cute.

Sadly this dress only lasts for one wear. I've tried dry cleaning it- the lining shows after. I got a new one & tried hand washing, the lining showed after. How do you clean this dress?!
