Waves of Rio Maxi Dress

This appeared to be a simple, easy, lightweight maxi dress for hot summer days, exactly what I wanted. So disappointing since this “dress” IS NOT at all as depicted in the photos & its description is misleading. 1st - This is not really a “dress” - its essentially a bathing suit cover-up & something I’d slip into while on a vacation to go for lunch. As a casual, vacation dress, it would work but with a little nude slip, which for me defeats the purpose of a light, summer dress even for a vacation. 2nd - The fabric is thin & see-through. In the room light, I could see through it let alone outside in the sunlight. Also, it feels rather cheap & typically what’s used for a far lesser priced bathing suit cover-ups. 3rd - It’s a shapeless, straight cut dress with no structure. The silhouette shown in the photos in definitely misleading as it shows it to be wider from thigh area down with volume, which is NOT the case. It runs large, so if considering it, definitely size down. For what it is, personally I couldn’t justify the $129 price tag. Returned.
