Waterproof Tote Bag

it's got a nice neat look, it's a tote you're going to love if you like to keep bags flat. (I have this large tote in black matte, and also purchased the shiny black mini tote and a navy blue toiletries bag, I made all the purchases because Rains is supposed to be waterproof). The Tote's not waterproof at all, it's barely water resistant. (I was about 20 minutes walking in medium level rain last night and now about 20 hours later i still have this tote and also 1 of their mini totes in the shiny black inverted drying out. if you buy direct fr Rains they put the tote bag in a plastic shopping bag and that's what I'm going to use inside the tote when it rains to avoid everything in the tote gtg wet, or maybe I'll put the tote in the plastic bag when it rains ... for a company named Rains and their emphasis on being weatherproof I'm shocked these waterproof totes aren't even close to waterproof, ie., again, they're barely water resistant.
