Water Resistant Quilted Coat with Removable Hood

I purchased the small (4-6) in French Roast. Absolutely love the color and the shape of the garment. I also like that the arm doesn't have those silly performance sleeves, so you can absolutely layer with this coat. I did find that the bust of the garment to be a bit large and also the sleeves, mid body are also a tad large. I am a true size 4 on top, but I'm 5'8" so I often have to buy a larger coat for arm length and to be able to lift my arms up. The arms are plenty long on this one and might be too long for the average height woman. I am not sure if I'm going to keep the small, I have reordered an xsmall (2) to try and will update my review if I can. I am not a size 2, so if the 2 fits, this jacket does indeed run large. Also, I gave 4 stars because this jacket really needs a double zipper, but at this price point, it's a small detail I can overlook.
