horrible Customer Service and Quality of the Shoe
I ordered a pair of shoes from Nordstrom and received them damaged right out of the box. I contacted customer service immediately, expecting some form of resolution, but they were completely unhelpful and offered no support or solution. I’ve always associated Nordstrom with great service, so this was really disappointing. I won’t be shopping here again if this is the level of care customers receive when something goes wrong. I spoke with a supervisor named Carlos in Nordstrom CS department

Painful experience
I bought these shoes with very high hopes. I've had a lifetime of foot pain. Upon receiving these shoes I wore them around the house and they felt fine. Did bother my Achilles area but felt this would improve over time. Decided on an all-day test. My feet became so painful it took two days to recover. Very disappointing.
