Crossover Faux Wrap Denim Midi Dress

Fit is TTS, but the slightly empire elastic waist made gathers just high enough to look like a maternity frock over my flat stomach. The skirt fell a bit less flared than the picture appears, straighter. I really had high hopes for this dress, but it looked awful. I'm 5'6 1/2", athletic build, normally size 8 sometimes 10 on top for my broader shoulders and muscular arms, 6-8 in bottoms - tried M. Length appeared as shown on the model, it just wasn't worth keeping, I'll never want to wear it.

Love the dress. Purchased both colors. One in a small the other in a medium hoping one of the two would fit. Unfortunately they didn't work out for me. The waist was either too high or too low. The bust area was gaping as well, all the way to the waist with no way to adjust, like a real wrap dress. Sad. I really loved this dress.

This dress looks attractive on the model......so maybe good for tall and lanky? It does absolutely nothing for my 5'2 trim frame. On me, in a size XS, it is tight in the arms, (with sleeves rolled as in photo), a bit tight throughout the rest of the bodice, and the rest of the dress just hung like a shapeless lump. It seems oddly shaped, at least for me. By contrast, the Chill Out Shirt Dress , in XS, is heavenly in every way and every dimension! It was worth the try, I hope it works for you if you like the look. Love WLD!!
