Fire & Lace Underwire Bra

Who am I: Just had a baby, body totally changed, looking for something comfortable that will help me feel like myself again. I am considered plus size- my bra size (as determined by an amazing bra fitting at Nordstrom) is 40 DD. I tried this bra on at a physical Nordstrom location and found that the cups puckered slightly at 40 DD. We decided to order a 40 D and it fits perfectly. I normally can't wear a bra that doesn't have molded cups- my nipples totally show. I can't tell you why, but that is not the case with this bra. I am planning on buying it in other colors.

I regreat every taking the tags off this bra and wish I could return it. When I tried it on in store I thought it fit perfectly, this is exactly the style of bra I always love and own several from other brands (vertical seam in front). I wore it once and will never wear it again. The material and the straps are so stretchy that this thing moves around all over the place as you're wearing it, I had to readjust it constantly. The wires end up poking me in the side of my breast tissue because of it (it's the right cup size, but because everything is stretchy they just move over into the wrong position and I have to pull my breasts back up into the cups every hour), the material is extremely scatchy and also felt stiflingly hot. And even with it being so stretchy, it somehow also feels like I'm in a vice since the wires are just so uncomfortable and the sides of the bra and the straps were cutting into my armpits and front of my arms to the point where I thought it might start breaking the skin. Money down the drain.
