long and flowy
The skirt is a beautiful chocolate brown flowy fabric. The yoke is long as it starts at high waist and ends where my leg bends, I have a size 2. lm 5'4" and long waisted so it works for me, just barely. The bottom of skirt goes down to my ankle bone. The belt is not adjustable (as the video misdescribed), it fits the skirt waist perfectly.
