Restore Half Zip Hoodie

I pretty much love anything Vuroi. This hoodie does not disappoint. I'm 5'2" and 110 lbs and mainly purchase size small or XS. I ordered this in XS and find it to be a little big. I think the actual Vuori website had an XXS size and I probably would have gone with that if Nordstrom had that size. I'm short, so the crop length and sleep length is perfect. The hood is very thick, two layers. When zipped up, the hood will stay up.

I wear a lot of Vuori and have ordered plenty of Vuori items from Nordstrom. I know how they are packaged, I know how they are tagged. I was very excited to get this hoodie, but when I opened the box, it didn't look like a Vuori product. Instead of the reusable paper packaging that Vuori uses, this hoodie was STUFFED into a very small ziploc bag. I took it out, no tag on it, and it had clearly been washed. I received a returned item that had been worn, which is NOT what I paid for. Returned immediately and may start ordering directly from Vuori instead.

I’ve ordered vuori items from both Nordstrom and direct from vuori. This is the first time I am receiving a previously used item. It did not come with the papery vuori cover and also did not have the tags on it as it comes when new. Someone had cut the tags and then just tied it back on to the sweatshirt. I did buy this one on sale but expected it to be “like new”. This sweatshirt smells like someone’s perfume and you can clearly see it’s been worn several times (bc the inner fleece is worn down in areas like the armpits). Im also pretty sure it has been washed as it is smaller than my other, new restore half zip hoodie making me feel that it has been shrunken in the wash…. I’m really disappointed that I paid for a new product and was sent a used sweatshirt. I’m still deciding whether or not I’ll return it. Really disappointed Nordstrom.
