sent worn and used item with hang tags cut off
Was excited to get this shirt for my dad. Just received and opened it and it’s gross. So worn and washed that the floral design is almost non existent and the tags on the shirt were cut off (like you do for your kids when they tell you the tags itch). What is happening at Nordstrom? Please start a separate section for returned items for sale. Customers do not like getting shipped used or wrong items. This is not good practice.

Great shirt
This is a great quality, button-down shirt. I bought it for my oldest son, but it was too small for him. so I gave it to my younger son and he loves it. It does tend to run small so if you are a little meteor or broader size up. I love the fabric and my kids said that it’s really comfortable.
