Nordstrom is horrible
I ordered two packages, but the first one was canceled after waiting for 6 days. The second package arrived, but it wasn't what I had ordered. When I contacted Nordstrom customer service, the person I spoke to was rude and seemed unfamiliar with the situation. Additionally, I received an email stating that my package was delivered, but when I checked, it wasn't there. I even reviewed my camera footage. However, the day after the email, I finally received the package. I am dissatisfied with this experience, and it has been 5 days since, but my money has not been refunded to my card. I no longer recommend buying from Nordstrom.
