Wheels and Access

I was disappointed in this bag. I spent a lot of time reviewing various carry-ons and I have always liked Tumi . The heels did not roll well on carpet, and it was difficult to get into the suitcase. I had thought the front zipper pockets would be enough space to handle my computer, but it was too compact. I took it on a two-week trip to Japan and the bag was frustrating to use. I would like to exchange it for a different carry-on. I know Tumi will not exchange it, and I still need to check with Nordstrom's to see if they will credit me so I can get something different.
