I was very excited to receive this bag, particularly because of the unique color. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the packaging and the condition in which the item arrived.
In the past, when I have ordered a YSL bag from Nordstrom, the item was packaged very carefully. The chain was properly wrapped and all hardware was protected with stickers. However, this bag arrived simply placed in the box without proper protection.
Upon inspecting the bag, I noticed three to four minor scratches on both the front and back. For an item at this price point, this is very disappointing and does not meet the level of quality and care I expect.
Due to the condition of the bag upon arrival, I will be returning it and request a full refund. Please advise on the next steps for processing the return.
