Super Hero XL Hair Towel

Very thick, soft, absorbent, and BIG! Much more bulky/thick than any hair towel I’ve used in the past. Personally, I like the softness and thickness. if you have space constraints or don’t like added weight on top of your head, this may not be the one for you. (Excellent, thin quick dry hair towels are available from other brands) I have medium texture long hair, 2-3 inches below my shoulders. I thought the XL would be the best size for me given my hair length. after trying it, I found it to be too large and difficult to manage. I followed the directions on how to wrap it on your head, tuck the tail into the elastic band, and then under the towel at the nape of the neck. It was heavy and kept falling off, defeating the purpose of absorbing the bulk of the water out of my hair. I will return and buy the smaller size bc it is a great hair towel. I’ve not yet washed it so I can’t comment on how it performs after being laundered. 4 instead of 5 star rating is due to the product description. I wish the description included better guidance on how to decide which size is most appropriate for you.

This. Is. It. Beats the competition and love the XL size for the extra width. I have long, thick, coarse hair that takes forever to dry and usually doesn’t fit in other hair towels. The band to secure the end is brilliant, too. Keeps the twist in place and lets me actually move without it falling off my head. Other brands get too soaked and take forever to dry but I feel like this one absorbs and distributes the water better, allowing my hair and the towel itself to dry faster. It’s pricey but totally worth it.
