Vivica Floral Soutache Skirt

This skirt is gorgeous! Made well, true to size! Looks unique and sophisticated. The soutache is a stand out! I love it!

The skirt is undeniably beautiful, but the quality is extremely disappointing for the price. When I first opened the package, there was a strong chemical odor, which was already concerning. Upon closer inspection, the material felt cheap — comparable to fast fashion brands like SHEIN. The zipper was particularly poor in quality, constantly snagging on the delicate mesh fabric and making it difficult to use without risking damage. Given the combination of the unpleasant smell, flimsy construction, and high price, I ultimately had no choice but to return it. I would not recommend this skirt!!

Not sure if I got a different skirt than the person who left the bad review, but this is really pretty, looks high-quality, and feels like it too. I didn’t notice any bad smell either. I’d definitely recommend it!

This stunning skirt is elegant, intricate, and a head turner I greatly wish that Nikke Lund offered it in a size XL (and I almost knocked off a star because of this!), because I had to order the Large to see whether it possibly ran large, which it doesn't. I'd say it runs smaller than normal because there were several inches between the upper part unzipped around my belly. I also purchased the matching blouse, and with a black jacket over the ensemble, it is breathtaking. I'm actually considering wearing the three pieces as a mother-of-the-groom ensemble, it's that classy and beautiful. The top is stretchy enough that I can wear it as a layering piece, but not at all with the skirt. Because I'm seriously considering wearing the blouse, skirt, and a formal jacket as my mother-of-the-groom outfit, I have decided to find a plain black skirt with black mesh in my size, and have an alterations person snip around the appliques and apply them in the same configuration to the skirt that fits. This should not be difficult for a professional to do, nor that expensive. That's how much I love this skirt. In case you're wondering, the size Large I rec'd measures @ 39 inches in length. Note to Nordstrom: Please start requiring your brands to include a skirt length in their product descriptions. TIA.
