Quality Control Issues, Missing Purse Strap
I received this handbag and it appears that it may have been a return or floor model and did not come with the listed and pictured brass strap. The purse was not zipped and looks like it was thrown in a bag and sent to me. When you pay this much for a nice bag you expect it to at least arrive intact with everything listed. It’s extremely disappointing to receive a purse that is missing the strap and open the box that clearly was not packaged with care.
