What it is: A deeply hydrating eye cream that may reduce eye-area sagging and wrinkles.
What it does: The formula features potent retinol technology designed for the delicate eye area. RetinolACE and hyaluronic acid target multiple signs of aging, such as loss of resilience and dryness. MicroVitalizer Technology with caffeine and chai hu extract addresses visible signs of fatigue, including sagging and puffiness, to help revitalize the eye area. The advanced eye cream includes an exclusive massage roller tool that helps enhance the cream's effectiveness in improving undereye fine lines, upper eyelid sagging and vertical lines between the eyebrows.
How to use: Use in the morning and evening as the last step in your skincare routine. For daytime use, follow with sunscreen. Use the flat surface of the enclosed massage roller and scoop up a pearl-sized amount for both eye areas. Smooth gently around the eye area with fingertips and then gently smooth the massage roller over the eye area.

Great Eye Cream
After stop- starting a little to adjust to the cream, I’m using it more regularly and it is making a difference, although the bags under my eyes are a challenge and I’m yet to find a full solution. This one is as close as it gets. It feels cooling and tightening, has a subtle, nice fragrance and goes on very well.

Samples are not sent
When I purchased this product, there was an additional motivation-samples! Samples were never included. This is not the first time this happened. When I called and spoke to four people (1 bot), I was told that 'oh, that is because we just started that sample promotion today'. Take a screen shot before purchasing.

Nordstrom failed to send bonus gift
Although I like this eye cream, it had a Shisiedo gift with purchase that was not sent. I have called 3 times, supposedly they were taking care of it, but 3 weeks later, nothing! So don't order from them if you expect to get what you are supposed to. And don't expect customer service to follow through. I am going to Ulta for my purchases from now on.

Luxurious
I had previously used the BENEFIANCE eye cream from Shiseido and while I really like it, I had been told by a friend that this one was even better for mature skin so thought I’d treat myself. It’s been so lovely to use - it’s rich but not heavy and while it might be too early to see long term improvements, I do feel my eyes look more rested.

Great Eye Cream
I've been trialling this cream for a few days after receiving a sample size tube in the recent skincare gift. It has a luxurious but subtle scent and is quickly absorbed leaving my eye area hydrated. There is NO irritation at all which is a big plus as I sometimes find other eye specific products make my eyes slightly itchy. Whether this product will live up to its claims of reducing wrinkles however I'll probably never know as I'm not sure I'd buy full size at this price point and for that reason I've deducted a star. Maybe if it was on a decent promotion in the future?

Make my skin look and feel beautiful
I used Vital Perfection for awhile, switched over to Benefice. Started using Vital Perfection again lately and have received so many compliments on my skin. Although I really liked how Benefice made my skin feel and it absorbed quickly. I will be staying with Vital perfection.
