Great shampoo
Tried lots of virtue now and everything has been great. Particularly like the scalp care range. Very difficult to find a luxury shampoo that also helps with irritated scalp. Definitely recommend giving this shampoo a try if you suffer from a problematic scalp but also want smoother and shiny hair

The worst I've tried
I have read many positive reviews about this shampoo so I decided to try it. My hair is on the dry side and I use moisturizing products for my hair. This shampoo was hard to rinse out and made my hair tangled before I applied the conditioner. Looked like a bird's nest. Never again this shampoo.

The worst I've tried

Great shampoo
Great shampoo for scalp issues, hydrating and gentle not too harsh and drying. Helps with dandruff. Good for frequent use. Would recommend!

Great shampoo
This is such a great shampoo for oily roots and dry ends (long hair), it doesn't make my roots greasier. Over time I think it has helped me last 3 days before a wash rather than 2. I lather this between my hands and then apply to my roots only. I've used it in various ways, after a hair mask or as the first step in my hair care routine and it works both ways. Lasts a long time as I've used the same bottle for 6 months and I'm still not done with it. I got this as part of a great value set so it's been worth it, but it's very expensive on its own so I've taken off a star.

A gentle, science-backed shampoo
The Virtue Scalp Remedy Shampoo leans on the scientific and pricy side of haircare, so I was thrilled to get it as part of a Space NK haircare kit. The formula has a thick, yellowish gel texture with no added fragrance—something I truly appreciate for my sensitive scalp. Its natural scent doesn’t bother me at all.
It cleanses thoroughly without leaving my hair feeling stripped or dry, and I’ve noticed that my scalp feels calmer and doesn’t get oily as quickly. While it doesn’t deliver dramatic cosmetic effects like extra shine or silkiness, it does exactly what it promises: keeps the scalp balanced and comfortable. Overall, I’m really pleased with this thoughtful, gentle shampoo.

Gentle on the scalp
I have suffered with a flaky scalp for years and in the last few years psoriasis around the back of my neck. So I always look for a shampoo which will not flare up these issues, I’m normally quite sceptical to try new shampoos but I received this in the hair care edit back in the spring and have been using it since. I find it gentle enough to not flare up these issues but to actually leave my hair feeling clean
