Willa 2.0 Flat (Women)

I was so excited to get these and try them on but when I put my foot inside I felt like I stepped on something left inside the shoe. Turns out the arch support is set so far back that my heel was stepping on half the arch support. I have never experienced this before when trying on shoes. It wasn't in the center of the shoe so I wasn't able to get the right fit. One thing I've noticed recently trying 5 different styles from Vionic, heels, to flats to loafers , Vionic is extremely inconsistent with their sizing and footwear quality control. I hope that theyl get a better handle on their quality control and begin to have consistency across the board. I also wish they'd consider offering 10.5 and 11.5 sizing options.

Unfortunately, the back of the shoe above the heel seems to be higher than normal and rubbed against my heel, causing a painful sore after just one wear. I don't remember i had this issue with any type of shoes I really like the style, but I’m unable to wear them again because of the discomfort. Could you please advise if an exchange or return is possible?

Wore these shoes for 5 minutes and got blisters so terrible on the back of my ankle, they were dripping blood. Unfortunately those 5 minutes were my walk from my house to the subway, so the shoes got dirty enough that I can’t return them. 4 days later and the blisters are still super tender and sore. I bought these because I have a different pair of Vionics that I love, but after this experience I will never be purchasing from the company again.

Overall, I would highly recommend Vionic shoes for anyone with flat feet, overpronation, or even plantar fasciitis. They’ve made a noticeable difference in my comfort and daily mobility. Final verdict: Worth the investment if you need real support—not just cushioning.
