Sellah Square Toe Loafer (Women)

Got these in my quest for the perfect loafer. I liked but did not love them, so sadly they had to go back. That said, the leather was soft (a classic gorgeous pebble leather) and it didn’t feel like they’d need any breaking in; the heel was especially comfortable. The sole has built in arch support which was slightly too high/felt strange at first but when I wore them around the house I felt that I stopped noticing it. This could be a huge plus for some and a no no for others (the arch support sole is the sole of the shoe - it’s removable but you would need some sort of other support because the bolted shoe bed with no cushion is underneath). Ultimately I was looking for something for an early 30s professional that could be casual or worn to work, with a smidge of trendy flare. Since these are more streamlined without the chunkiness that’s on-trend, or a buckle, they felt a little toooo subtle and mature for what I was going for. I’d highly recommend them though for someone not looking to make a statement but instead looking for a quality shoe that‘s subtle, classy, and good for everyday wear.
