Truly Hideous
I rarely write reviews, but I purchased the gold version of these sandals recently and I feel obliged to warn would-be purchasers that these are truly one of the most hideous pairs of shoes I have ever laid eyes on. My expectations were not high, but from the photo, I thought they might pass as a somewhat neutral flip flop with better than average arch support - vionic shoes are usually not winning any awards for style but can be counted on for comfort. I thought they would be suitable for vacations where you want to wear sandals but also walk further than a couple blocks. As soon as I opened the box, I couldn't help but giggle at just how ugly this pair of shoes is (at least in the gold version), very reminiscent of the thick sneakers my elderly eastern European mother-in-law wears, but some how worse? Anyway, if you are tempted by the photo I can assure you there are better options out there.

Great flip flops with support
For those of us with wide feet and bunions or plantar fasciitis, these are great sandals. They give support, like all Vionic sandals. Not meant for those who can wear flat insoles or have narrow feet. But the straps on this pair did seem to stretch out a little faster than some of my others, though I like the wider strap on my big feet. I like the salmon color, natural without being beige. I have to buy at least 8.5 in most shoes, but these flip flops order 8.

Favorite By Far, season after season
The stylish sandals are a mainstay of my spring-fall wardrobe. They hold up well, support my tired feet, look nice with casual clothes and can easily style up to a more dressed up look. I try to buy them every year, they are my favorite go to sandals.
