What it is: A test to check your gut health that delivers science-backed health insights that generate actionable food and supplement reccomendations.

What it does: The Health Intelligence Test analyzes your body as a whole, providing detailed insight and food and supplement recommendations to help optimize key areas of your health such as gut health, immune system health, cellular health, biological age and more. If you're struggling with digestion troubles, skin issues, poor sleep, fatigue or any symptoms you can't get to the bottom of, this test may help you by telling you what foods you should eat more off, which foods you should avoid or minimize and what supplements in what dosages you may need.

How to use: Everything you need for collecting your sample at home, including how to register your kit and instructions for collecting your sample, is inside of this kit. Your results and recommendations will be released through the Viome app when they're ready. Once Viome receives your samples, you should receive your results within 3–4 weeks, though processing times can vary per individual. Viome recommends following the recommendations for 4–6 months before retesting to see how things have changed.
