They run half a size small.
I am normally a 9.5 regular width or a 10 narrow in this particular brand. I purchased the 10 regular width and they fit tight. In my opinion they run half a size smaller. I am never a 10.5 in this brand however, I am returning these 10s for a 10.5 to see how it goes. The toe box is narrow. They are comfortable.
