Flattering and Versatile
This is dress is incredibly flattering. It’s very versatile in that it can be worn now or in cooler weather with a jacket or blazer. The midi length is perfect on me at 5’4”. The tie waist offers more versatility, because if can be tightened to create a more blousy top portion or it can be left loose and the dress almost takes on a casual T-shirt dress type feel. I didn’t find the V neckline too deep either. I would easily wear this to work and feel perfectly comfortable. If this came in more colors, I would grab it. Great piece.

problem pleats
I had a problem with the pleats “cracking”. If I didn’t stand up perfectly strait or adjust the pleats at the tie belt area they would create a ledge. Tried tying the belt very loose, but it just went weird somewhere else. But fabric is lovely and there was pockets. I really wanted it to work, but had to return. 5’5” 145 lb and 34D for reference

better in person
This is a super cute dress in a perfect mid length. Its very chic and I can see it as a work dress or even for a dressier evening occasion. My one quibble is that it is difficult to get on/off as it goes over the head so you need to make sure makeup is off and the drawstring waist is as loose as can be. I think this will end up being a workhorse in my wardrobe.

definitely a yes dress
I got this during anniversary sale. I ordered a medium for my curvy 34C, 29 waist and larger rear 5’ 4” frame. It fits perfect. I am wearing it in nordys right now and have gotten so many compliments. I paired it with saffron earrings and saffron birks since it’s so hot out today and I look put together. I can see layering it with a blazer, tights and booties in winter. I love the way the pleats fall and the adjustable waist, I have it cinched lright now and it looks effortlessly chic. I can’t wait to accent this with a trendy hot pink.
