Ordered two, both DOA
First hat was shopped in a small box, but was crushed, nonetheless. Brim was OK, but material on front of hat directly above the brim was dented / crushed in a way that could not be popped or pressed out. I’ve owned dozens of hats, none have appeared so beat up brand new. I returned in the hopes the replacement would be in better shape. The replacement was shipped in a plastic bag and had the same malformation and was crumpled to boot. Not what I would expect for a $100 ball cap.
