Paillettes Sequin Skirt

I ended up returning this skirt. The color is beautiful and it’s clearly well made, but for some reason Vince didn’t add side slits to this skit like it did to its other light blue sequined skirt. As a result, the skirt gives the impression it flares out at the bottom, which isn’t a look I particularly love. And given the steep price of it I figured I better love it if I wanted to keep it.

I absolutely loved this skirt for a holiday gathering—it was stylish, festive, and got me so many compliments! However, the quality left a bit to be desired. The sequins started falling off almost immediately, and by the end of the night, my friends and I were joking about the trail of sparkle I left behind. While it’s undeniably a gorgeous piece, I wish it held up better. If you’re okay with a little (or a lot) of shedding, it’s still a fun choice!
