Crop Pleated Brushed Wool Blend Pull-On Pants

I liked the softness of this pant. I did not like the quality. It said wool blend but there is so little wool the fabric did not have the heft or movement of wool. I have purchased slacks with an elastic back and it was neatly done. These have a fat clumsy looking elastic back and frankly are not at all elegant or something you want people to see. It is the look and quality of something from a discount chain.

This review is not about the pants. Those are well made. I was sold a pair that had been worn and obviously returned. The in seam at the thigh was heavily pilled indicating rubbing of the fabric. The pants were on sale but should have been marked As IS so I could have made a better decision before I purchased.

I purchased a size Medium (black) and find these pants to be true to size. They are very comfortable and can be worn casually but also appropriate for the office and more dressy occasions depending on how you style them. I am 5’ 10” and typically wear a size 10 or 8 in pants. I will wear these a lot because of their comfort, style, and polish.
