V-Neck Tulip Sleeve Chiffon Top

I wish I could give this Vince Camuto top a good rating because it is such a pretty color, and it is comfortable to wear. However, it is poorly made. I purchased it just under a month ago, have washed and worn it three times, and now the seam under the arm is already ripped. The material at the rip seems to be coming apart. (See photo.)

I love this blouse and purchased it in 3 colors at the anni sale. I love the looser fit in the body and find it very flattering as I have a slight stomach. This is very versatile and I feel good in it. I like blouses from this brand and find they fit well, but the colors/prints offered are too loud and vibrant for me. I would buy more of this blouse and more blouses from this brand in general if more solid colors in not bright hues are offered (gray, slate blue, navy, emerald, olive, etc).
