Shawl Collar Stretch Velvet Cardigan

I have ordered this cardigan in 3 different sizes and hoping the X-Large will fit. Sizes Medium and Large were too small. I normally wear a Size Medium. The velvet cardigan is made very well and it’s soft. I would recommend this cardigan if you can find a size that fits you. Nice to wear for the holidays.

So soft and is Rich Black. But its a swing coat style, with no buttons and a flowing back. I ordered it in a small, and I normally were medium in most jackets, but I had to exchange it at the store for an Xsmall because even the small was too wide in the shoulders and too full and too long in the sleeves. Looking forward to wearing it a lot now through the holidays into January.

I ordered both an XS and Small of the cardigan (typically wear a small). I kept the Small to be comfortable wearing over a dress, camisole or shirt. The XS was more fitted looking (would look great with jeans and a camisole), but didn't have enough wiggle room to feel comfortable wearing anything bulky or long sleeves with it. I wanted more versatility.

I think most of Vince Camuto's tops are a little on the generous size. I have several blouses and the XL fit me perfectly. With other brands I am usually an XL, sometimes a 1X. The fabric is very soft, it doesn't have the stiff hand that many velvets have and it is indeed a rich black. The design is simple, the shawl collar is attractive, not oversized, the sleeves are the right length and the arms are not skin tight. I'm looking forward to wearing this often in the coming months.
