too big and too small
I usually wear 8.5, I got the 8.5 and they were huge! I could put a whole finger in between my heal and the end of shoe. Then I ordered 8.0 and they were so tight and I couldn’t imagine wearing them longer than 10 minutes - not walking. Sizing is definitely off. For reference I got the black suede and I am always a 8.5.

Beautiful shoe but...
Read the reviews and ordered half size smaller and they're still to big. I'm going to reorder it whole size smaller and in black to see if they fit.

Run large
I love the shoe but had to return them because they run way too big. The shoe was so big that it fell off when waking. Definitely recommend buying a half size smaller than you normally wear. Unfortunately, Nordstrom was out of the size I needed.

run big
I'm a true size 6, followed the customers' advice from the reviews and bought half a size smaller. Sill way too big!! I can slip a finger at the back of the shoe. Will exchange for a 5 and see if it fits, I like the shoe itself, pretty and elegant.
