Love This Dress!
As other reviewers mentioned, the sleeves are short flutter sleeves. I bought this dress after seeing it on an influencer’s YouTube video. Rather than sizing down, I got my normal size small (I am 5’4”/123 lbs) which I needed for my hips, but the top was too big so I had it altered ( shoulder seam raised 1 inch) for a perfect fit. I plan to wear this dress on cruises for dressy dinners and dancing, and maybe on NYE. For a more casual look, I’m going to style it with black booties and black moto jacket. For a dressier look, I’ll pair it with black suede pumps or sparkly velvet black ballet flats (Nina Wendi). I don’t normally buy dresses in flashy fabrics like this one, but I liked the midi length and tiered skirt.

nice lines, but sleeves are different
I like this dress, it hangs nicely and the lines of the fabric are flattering. However, as another reviewer pointed out, the sleeves are flutter sleeves, they are long enough to cover your biceps, but they are not what’s shown in the photo.

This actually dresses down as well as up, which I really appreciate on days I have a social occasion after work. It can also be made more hip vs more classic depending on how you accessorize it. The fit is really comfortable too, which is a nice bonus.
